Everyone tells you "Drink Water", you read it everywhere. Although they are right it just makes me not want to drink it! *Stubborn girl*
When I was really little I was always thirsty. I was always drinking water. Like everything in excess I got tired and got sick of drinking that much water.
It was a really bad idea because my skin suffered. It turned a bit dry, and it was soft as hell, my zits' marks took a lot more time to disappear, and so on...
I still feel nauseated when I drink plain water but it is really important for our health to drink at least 1,5 lt everyday so I had to change something, because my skin was paying for my unhealthy habits.
I learned that adding lemon to my water really helped. I'm a huge HUGE fan of Lemon, yep I could even eat a whole lemon like it was some kind of yummy dessert *crazy*
Results? My skin is improving, the marks disappear a lot faster and the zits only stay for a day or so, they dry right up. Amazing.
If you don't like to drink it with lemon you can try other different fruits or even make some amazing ice tea.
In a world with an excessive use of photoshop and makeup I really feel the need to like what I see when I look at the mirror, feel beautiful in my own skin, with no makeup on.
Drinking water helps me get there without a doubt. Trust me!
I'm really lazy in this sort of things and I have to constantly remind myself the benefits of drinking water. Hope this post can work as a reminder for myself and for you.
