English As promised, I'm going to share with you another of my Healthy Snacks. I've been completely obsessed with a smoothie. I always made smoothies with strawberries and bananas, but one day I didn't have any strawberries and I decided to try to use peach instead. The truth is that is even better than strawberry+banana smoothies.
Yes, I'm in love! To make my smoothies I use 250ml of milk (one person), a liquid banana yogurt, one banana and one peach. That's it! And it's super delicious!
